Great little grinder

I brought this grinder mainly to grind up peppercorns, it works great. The cord retracts into the base so it is easy to store.

Disappointing product

I expected a product by Cuisinart to be of high quality. This spice grinder is a bust! I tried to grind cinnamon sticks and got only fairly large chunks - too large to use in recipes calling for powdered cinnamon. I haven't even bothered to try using it for other spices.
